Hypnosis can be used to improve your general being – to help you feel better mentally or physically. Hypnotherapy allows us to connect with our subconscious mind so you can explore (discover) the answers within. It is not harmful in any way. Hypnosis will not violate your value system or accepted patterns of behavior. In being in a trance state, it is your choice to enter and your choice to terminate it at any time. Hypnotherapy can work for so many things like – changing habits/behaviors, treating fears and phobias, reducing stress/anxiety, chakra balancing, assist in health problems, and so many more…

How can Yoga Nidra work for you?

I AM Yoga Nidra (Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra) is an ancient sleep-based meditation that allows you to disengage from your thoughts and enter into a deep state of relaxation. It is in this state where you can receive benefits like: sleeping better, balancing excess stress, restoring inner peace (mentally and physically), nourishing bodily systems/organs, and redirecting our thought patterns. It is said by Yogi’s that 45 minutes of Yoga Nidra is as restorative to 3-hours of sleep. This Yoga Nidra meditation is designed to return you to your essential being; it will not just change you; it will transform you!

CHAKRA BALANCING

The chakra system is an energy system within the body. The seven major chakras relate to a specific area of the body. Hypnotherapy provides an opportunity to look at each chakra and its meanings. It opens up many possibilities to address issues gently and make a change. In using guided imagery along with some breath work, we can influence our chakras and our health; thus, effecting our bodies, mind, and our lives.

STOP SMOKING

Quitting smoking can be a real challenge. But it’s one of the best things you can do for your health. Identifying when, where, and why you smoke, will help us gain the knowledge needed to help change this habit. Hypnotherapy can help remove some of the emotional reasons for this behavior. By eliminating this habit, it can provide a new freedom from smoking and help you avoid further health problems in the future.

WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

There are many components that contribute to struggles with weight management. In understanding when, where, and why you eat and any changes that transpired during this process will help you understand what is making you operate this way. A fear is an unpleasant and/or strong emotion caused by anticipation or awareness of danger. Some fears are not harmful, in fact, some are useful. However, some fears can manifest into a phobia which can interfere from living a normal healthy lifestyle. In identifying a fear, Hypnotherapy can help create a new perspective through remolding or changing your perspective and gain the self-confidence needed to a lasting change.

There are so many things that can cause stress in our lives. Identifying each stressful situation, along with its reactions, allows us to understand that we may not be able to change a certain situation, yet, we can change how we respond to it. Each session is customized to fit your needs. Hypnotherapy can reduce and/or remove the stressful emotions encountered in your life by replacing it with new a positive perspective to gain a calmer, effective, and healthier mind & body connection.

HABIT/BEHAVIOR CHANGE

Removing an unwanted habit or behavior is as easy as allowing an ocean wave to take it out to sea…OR…allowing it to be placed on a cloud so it can float away. What is it that relaxes you? Creating a relaxing scene for your subconscious and rescheduling some of the things you do during the day will help the body produce the desired effect.

YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra is a mindfulness technique that enables a person to relax their mind and body into a deeper state of being. It is in this deep state where the body can replenish itself, usually that normally happens at night time when a person is in a deep sleep. During this deep sleep, there is an increase in Melatonin, serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine; it also decreases cortisol, thus allowing the Nervous system to be in a more relaxed state. While doing Yoga Nidra during the day, it gives the body an extra boost of relaxation that normally comes at night.
